Udlændingestyrelsen er en styrelse under Udlændinge- og Integrationsministeriet. Vores hovedopgave er at administrere den lovgivning, der omhandler udlændinges adgang til og ophold i Danmark. Vi afgør sager om asyl, familiesammenføring, permanent ophold og visum. Ligesom vi er ansvarlige for indkvartering af asylansøgere. Udlændingestyrelsen har ca. 700 medarbejdere. Vi har kontorer i vores hovedomicil i Næstved, i Sandholm og København, samt Borgerservice i Næstved, Aalborg, Aarhus og Odense.
