USA Boxing Metro is an organization dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages and genders who want to explore the incredible benefits of amateur boxing in the New York City metropolitan area. Whether you are seeking a challenging fitness routine or dreaming of a future in the Olympics, our programs are designed to help you achieve your goals and tap into your hidden strength. We have a wide range of member clubs that cater to everyone, from elite professional boxers to those with a spirited fighting attitude.

Amateur boxing offers numerous physical advantages, including improved cardiovascular health, increased strength, enhanced endurance, and better hand-eye coordination. However, the benefits go beyond the physical realm. Boxing has been proven to boost self-confidence, resilience, and stress and anxiety management.

At our clubs, appearances and backgrounds don't matter. We come together to train, leaving egos at the door and working collectively towards personal growth and improvement. Feel free to explore our registered clubs and join us on this empowering journey
