USAFoods is a renowned brand that has been the go-to destination for American grocery products in Australia since 1997. Founded by Phil and Jeanette, who moved to Melbourne from the United States in 1993, the brand was born out of a desire to bring important American ingredients and foods to Australia. What started as a small sandwich shop soon evolved into a specialty store offering a wide selection of American products.

With the growing popularity of their imported goods, Phil and Jeanette opened the first USAFoods store in Brighton in 1997. As demand continued to rise, they expanded their offerings and began importing more products directly from the USA. In response to the increasing number of products, they later moved the store to Bentleigh, where it quickly became a favorite shopping destination in the area.

In 2001, USAFoods became one of the first stores in Australia to introduce online grocery shopping, attracting visitors from all over Melbourne. Halloween trick-or-treating events hosted by USAFoods became a beloved tradition, with over 400 children coming in costume to enjoy the festivities. Today, USAFoods is settled in Moorabbin, occupying a dedicated warehouse and storefront powered by solar energy.

With a focus on meeting the needs of its online customers, the brand continues to offer a wide range of American grocery products. Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022, USAFoods remains committed to bringing the taste of home to Australia, fulfilling the founders' vision
