USARareEarth

USA Rare Earth is building an integrated global platform to supply rare earth materials and advanced products, connecting mining and processing with metal, alloy, strip-casting and permanent-magnet manufacturing. The company’s planned value chain spans the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom and France, with activities and facilities at different stages of development. Its operations include mining and processing in Texas and Brazil, research and development in Colorado, metals and alloys production in the United States and United Kingdom, and planned manufacturing capacity in Oklahoma and France.

USA Rare Earth aims to provide a reliable, secure source of critical minerals and materials for industries that depend on high-performance magnets and advanced manufacturing. Its target markets include defense, aerospace, semiconductors, automotive, robotics, medical technology and consumer electronics. The company also works to advance rare earth separation technologies and strengthen supply-chain resilience through collaboration with government agencies and industry partners. By developing capabilities across the mine-to-magnet value chain, USA Rare Earth seeks to support national security needs and meet growing demand for rare earth elements, oxides, metals, alloys and magnets.
