About U.S. Drone Soccer
U.S. Drone Soccer is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings STEM, career and technical education, and youth drone sports to K–12 schools. The U.S. Drone Soccer Association serves as the special interest group for FAI F9A Drone Sports within the Academy of Model Aeronautics and is a sanctioned member of the FAI World Sports Federation. Its programs use team-based drone soccer to encourage student engagement and personal growth, while supporting pathways into aviation technology, engineering, and maintenance careers.
The association helps educators and community leaders launch teams, register for competition seasons, and find endorsed equipment providers for complete setups or replacement parts. It also offers learning and certification resources, event registration, and a calendar of competitions, including the National Championship. Students and supporters can follow community news, team achievements, and event highlights, and shop for official U.S. Drone Soccer gear. The organization welcomes sponsors and provides information for those interested in joining or supporting its mission to expand drone soccer and STEM education across the country.
