Managed through a browser, the service lets users build playlists, choose screens, and publish updates instantly or at a scheduled time, without visiting each display. It supports businesses in retail, hospitality, industry, education, cinemas, and other settings that need to communicate with customers, employees, or out-of-home audiences.

The platform includes a content library for images, video, audio, text, and widgets; user permissions; screen groups; scheduling; split-screen layouts; interactive displays; and reports on playback and device status. Screens can continue showing cached content without internet and recover automatically after power interruptions. Optional widgets provide regularly updated information such as weather, news, sports, flights, and social media, with custom development available from JBtec. Content can be adapted to different screen formats, orientations, and videowall configurations. Customers can manage everything from one screen to large networks, and may use JBtec’s preconfigured uSign Box TV player.
