Centrum pobytových a terénních sociálních služeb Zbůch (CPTS Zbůch) is a Czech state-funded organization established by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Based in Zbůch, it supports people with disabilities whose reduced independence creates an adverse social situation and whose needs cannot be met through support in their usual surroundings. Its services are tailored to individual needs, with an emphasis on developing independence and enabling people to participate in everyday life.

The organization provides respite care, social rehabilitation, residential services for people with disabilities, and supported housing. Its programs help clients build practical skills, prepare for greater independence and employment, and receive ongoing assistance where needed. Support and activities include therapeutic workshops, rehabilitation, hippotherapy, creative and music activities, and sport through the TJ ZP Halma club. The center also operates a rehabilitation and leisure facility in Hradiště near Domažlice.

Services for the public include therapeutic and medical rehabilitation, hippotherapy, meals, laundry, gardening, and rental of the recreation and rehabilitation facility. Its buildings are wheelchair accessible.
