United States Secured Exchange (USSE) is a compliance-first, on-chain platform built on Ethereum and Base, bringing private communication, permanent social publishing, media tools, and token-based features together. Its web app lets users post, message, mint media, and trade within one ecosystem, with Android and iOS apps described as coming soon.
TheWall is USSE’s social feed, where posts are recorded on-chain and users can browse global content for free, without a wallet, subscription, or fee. Its feed offers raw or trending posts and is presented without ads or algorithmic ranking. DEEP Mail combines messaging, file sharing, and payments; messages are wallet-to-wallet encrypted and permanently recorded on-chain, with content readable only by the intended recipient. The platform also supports ERC-721 and ERC-1155 media minting, plus marketplace listings and trading.
A wallet and ETH provide access to many features, including posting, messaging, and media tools. Advanced functions, rolling out in stages, require the USSE token and include DEX trading, liquidity, staking, yield rewards, LP farming, and governance voting.
