Fold Of Liberty Farms

Utah Cow Cuddle, based at Fold of Liberty Farms in Spanish Fork, Utah, offers visitors an authentic, hands-on experience with its Scottish Highland cows. Rather than a petting zoo or polished attraction, the farm invites guests into the pasture to meet the herd where the animals live and learn what makes these shaggy cows special. Visitors can walk the land, connect with the cows, and get a firsthand sense of life on a working farm. Depending on where the herd is grazing, reaching the animals may involve walking 300 to 1,200 feet over uneven ground, so sturdy boots are recommended.

The farm centers its approach on regenerative practices intended to support the health of the land, animals, and people. Guests can book a cow cuddle and explore opportunities to meet the cows, with photography also featured among the farm’s offerings. Whether visitors come to learn, unwind, or spend time up close with Highland cows, Utah Cow Cuddle aims to foster appreciation for farm animals and the land that sustains them.
