Utah Little Rugby

Utah Little Rugby is a youth rugby organization focused on introducing the sport to children and young people across Utah. Its mission is to grow the game one player at a time by encouraging participation in a sport that develops respect for oneself and others. The organization highlights rugby’s demands for conditioning, practical skills, and decision-making, and invites families to join its growing community.

Utah Little Rugby connects players with local clubs, including Brighton Rugby, Broncos Youth Rugby, Cavemen Rugby, Eagle Mountain Eagles, Herriman Rugby, Provo Steelers, Wasatch Rugby, and other teams across the state. The website provides age-group rules for U6, U8, U10, U12, and U14 play, with guidance for both seven-a-side and selected 15-a-side formats. It also offers registration information, club listings, rugby rankings, a game schedule, and merchandise access. Seasonal updates outline practice, registration, game, and playoff dates, helping families follow the youth rugby season and find ways to participate.
