About UMBP
The Utah Moldova Business Partnership (UMBP) is a non-profit collaboration dedicated to facilitating economic development in the Republic of Moldova. Our goal is to identify the needs of businesses in one of Europe's most impoverished countries and propose impactful solutions. We are committed to making a difference in the economic state and business operations of Moldova.
At UMBP, we offer a range of services to support businesses in Moldova. Our consulting services have helped over 45 companies, providing strategic social media plans, market entry research, and e-commerce site launches. We also offer commercial lending to overcome the financing barrier for startups.
Additionally, we recognize the importance of business education and offer events and IT development courses through our partnerships with Code to Success and Bottega. Founded in 2015 by Clark Ivory and Walter Plumb III, UMBP has expanded its impact each year. We continue to seek new ways to support and empower entrepreneurs in the Republic of Moldova.
