Ute Fischer Yoga

Ute Fischer is an experienced, certified Anusara® yoga teacher offering classes and learning experiences that connect physical practice with philosophy and everyday life. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful movement, precise guidance, personal development and the belief that every student is unique. She describes yoga as more than poses on a mat, inviting students to explore questions, stillness and self-understanding through both movement and rest.

Her offerings include online yoga videos and subscriptions, with classes, meditations, short sequences and practices for the back, as well as in-person classes, workshops and retreats. Students can also deepen their practice through immersions, advanced study, teacher training and mentoring. Events and travel experiences provide opportunities to practise together in supportive settings. Fischer’s teaching brings together knowledge of Anusara yoga, warmth and a reflective perspective on life. Through her academy, digital resources and live programmes, she supports students and teachers in developing their practice and carrying yoga’s insights into daily life.
