About Utilityspaces
UtilitySpaces is an agentic workspace that helps teams use AI agents to carry out work in the business applications they already rely on. Its chat-first shared inbox lets employees assign tasks by messaging an agent, keeping conversations and completed work in one place. Agents have defined roles and scoped access through individual app connectors, rather than access to a user’s password. The platform supports 79 connectors, including Slack, Gmail, Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, GitHub and Zendesk.
UtilitySpaces offers scheduled and on-demand agents, app-triggered automations, approval workflows, and a command center for tracking agents, active tasks, pending approvals and run costs. Connector writes generally pause for human approval unless an administrator has made a connector autonomous; deletions always require approval. Tool calls and decisions are recorded in a hash-chained audit log. Teams can also track costs by model and workspace, using their own provider key or UtilitySpaces’ provider. A free, card-free demo provides limited access to the product. Monthly paid plans start at $29, with higher tiers and custom-priced Enterprise plans.
