About UTIPEC NUEVO SINDICALISMO
UTIPEC is a proactive, democratic, and participatory labor union organization that is transforming the labor culture in Colombia. We are dedicated to forming workers who act as leaders in a society that generates value, working hand in hand with employers. Our approach is known as "The Spirit of the New Colombian Unionism."
