Ut og Ned

Ut og Ned brings people together through scouting, climbing and shared outdoor experiences. Its activities combine adventure with community, welcoming scouts, groups and other participants to learn, take part and enjoy time together. The organization is involved in Jota/Joti at Kvernmoen in Aremark, an event centered on scouts, radio and the internet, and contributes a climbing activity to Barnas Dag at Maihaugen in Lillehammer. Its taubane (zip line) at Maihaugen has been part of the event since 2004, and the site shares background and archived images from past activities.

Ut og Ned also provides climbing courses and training for scout groups and other participants. Its course archive includes topics such as top-rope climbing, lead climbing and belay tests. Groups can request a course and discuss their experience, learning goals, instructors, location and timing with the team. The site also features activity photos, event information and a members’ area with a calendar, internal updates and useful links.
