Uumail is an email alias service designed to help people create private email addresses without opening or managing additional mailboxes. Users can generate an alias in seconds for a website, app, newsletter, shop, project, or client, then have its messages forwarded to an existing inbox. A central dashboard lets users copy, search, track, and disable aliases as needed, making it easier to organize signups and shut off addresses that attract unwanted mail.

The service includes email forwarding, alias deactivation, rule-based filters for sorting, labeling, or archiving messages, and usage logs and analytics. Its email toolbar provides controls such as viewing logs, muting or deleting an alias, creating rules, and marking messages as spam. Uumail offers a free plan with three addresses and paid Plus and Pro plans with unlimited aliases and higher daily email limits; paid tiers also include reply and send-from-alias capabilities, while Pro adds advanced analytics. The company states that it does not store users’ emails.
