Uutlaot

Carnavalsvereniging D’n Uutlaot is a carnival association based in Sint Anthonis, with a history dating back to its establishment in 1957 and its first carnival celebration in 1958. The organisation brings residents together through local carnival traditions, events and community participation. Its membership includes a broad range of groups, from the board, council and court ladies to a youth council and several dance groups for children and adults. The association also has committees, including a construction committee, and welcomes volunteers and new members.

D’n Uutlaot organises seasonal activities such as the Prinsenbal and the sale of tickets for its pronkzitting, and shares news, event information and photographs with the community. Its website also features carnival publications and historical material documenting the association’s development over the decades. Carnival traditions are represented through adult and youth princes’ couples, as well as boerenbruidsparen, a traditional farmer wedding pairing. Through these activities and groups, D’n Uutlaot supports the celebration and continuation of carnival in Sint Anthonis.
