Uw Slager

Uw Slager is a Dutch network of independent butcher shops built around traditional flavor, skilled craftsmanship and a passion for quality. With more than 80 shops across the Netherlands, the brand connects customers with a local butcher who can offer personal service and regional specialties made nearby. Each shop is individually run, so its range and character reflect the expertise of the local butcher.

Uw Slager offers fresh meat, including carefully selected beef, as well as barbecue products, grilled specialties and generous platters for serving snacks. Customers can choose ingredients for cooking at home or convenient options that are easy to prepare, with their butcher ready to help them find what suits their needs. Online ordering is also available through participating local Uw Slager shops.

The network’s butchers share knowledge and work together to improve their products and ranges. Hygiene and product safety are central commitments: all affiliated shops undergo annual inspections and receive a hygiene certificate each year.
