Uw Binnenhuisarchitect

Sylvia Fase is a qualified, registered interior architect based in The Hague, with more than 25 years of experience in high-quality renovations and bespoke interiors. Working independently, she guides clients from the initial design through to implementation, helping homeowners and businesses make informed decisions and maintain the quality and coherence of their projects.

Her services include interior design, space planning, technical development, material selection and quality oversight during construction. She considers practical and technical factors such as structural feasibility, natural light, circulation, building systems, sustainability and detailing. During renovations, she represents the client’s interests by checking that the work reflects agreed design choices, identifying when technical solutions may compromise quality, and advising on unexpected issues.

Sylvia’s projects include renovations and reconfigurations of townhouses, apartments and penthouses, as well as workplace interiors such as offices. Her work spans The Hague, Haaglanden, Rotterdam, Wassenaar and surrounding areas. The process typically moves from an initial conversation and design sketches to technical plans, material choices and guidance during execution.
