Uzbek-Oman Investment Company (UzOman) is an investment company established in 2009 through a partnership between Uzbekistan’s Fund for Reconstruction and Development and Oman Investment Authority. With US$500 million in committed capital and more than US$300 million in assets under management, it invests in Uzbekistan to support economic growth, strengthen Uzbek-Omani business ties, and generate long-term value for stakeholders. Its approach emphasizes governance, integrity, innovation, and strategic investment.

UzOman manages a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, logistics, retail, financial services, education, agrochemicals, and hospitality. Its holdings include business centers in Tashkent, shopping malls, and stakes in railway logistics businesses. The company also invests in leasing and insurance, supports the American University of Technology in Tashkent, and is involved in developing a fertiliser and agrochemical plant with Turkish partner Hektaş. In 2025, it acquired a minority stake in a Ramada Encore hotel in Tashkent, its first hospitality investment. UzOman works with portfolio companies and partners to develop businesses and contribute to Uzbekistan’s investment climate and sustainable development.
