Vaal HarbourTown is a gated residential marina and golf estate on the Gauteng side of the Vaal Dam, developed to luxury international standards. Located in a picturesque waterfront setting about an hour from Johannesburg, the estate is designed to offer residents a distinctive harbour-style lifestyle. Its homes can be built in several styles, including Scandinavian, Vermont, Beach and Mediterranean, giving prospective owners a choice of architectural character.

The estate’s facilities combine recreation, outdoor space and boating access. Residents can make use of a golf course, internal dams, parks, play areas, tennis courts and walking trails. Boating amenities include a dual slipway and boat launching facilities, while a clubhouse provides a shared gathering place. HarbourTown presents itself as a secure residential community where waterfront living, leisure and golf come together.

The website provides information for prospective buyers through property facts, frequently asked questions, a blog, and sales and media resources. Visitors can arrange a visit or contact the sales representative by email or phone to learn more about the estate and its properties.
