VAARA COACHING

Vaara Coaching is a Finnish coaching and outdoor-experience provider focused on building resilience through guided, practical challenges. It serves organisations, teams, groups and individuals with research-informed psychological coaching designed to help participants understand stress, strengthen coping skills and apply learning in everyday life. Its approach, the Vaara Method, follows four stages: learn, try, reflect and manage.
