Simply place an option with a 10-15% deposit, and the owner or agency has 24 hours to confirm or refuse the booking. Once confirmed, you will receive all the reservation details and contact information to finalize your booking. Alternatively, you can contact the owner directly to inquire about availability and make a reservation.

Each property's terms and conditions are decided by the owner and can be found on their rental agreement. The owner or agent will welcome you on the day of your arrival and provide you with the necessary information. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible, and payment conditions vary depending on the owner. Some may require a payment upon arrival or up to 30 days before arrival.

A deposit is usually required to cover any potential damages and can be paid by credit card or in cash. Refund policies and cancellation policies also vary depending on the owner. VacationKey acts as a mediator in case of any issues.
