Vaderkracht

Praktijk Ketan is a Breda-based practice focused on supporting current and expectant fathers through the changes, questions, and relationships that shape fatherhood. Its approach combines personal reflection with a systemic perspective, helping men understand how experiences from the past and patterns in the present can influence their role as fathers, partners, and family members. In a calm, open, and non-judgmental setting, fathers can explore what matters to them, build greater self-awareness, and find new ways to connect with themselves and their families.

The practice offers one-to-one fatherhood conversations for individual questions and personal growth, as well as a three-session group training for expectant and current fathers. The group creates space to consider the past, present, and future of fatherhood alongside other men. Praktijk Ketan also provides Vaderkracht Online, a self-guided online learning option about fatherhood. Across its services, the practice aims to help fathers gain clarity, balance, and confidence, strengthen relationships with their partners and children, and shape a more conscious and connected approach to parenting.
