Va Juniors VBC

Virginia Juniors Volleyball Club, known as VA Juniors, is a competitive youth volleyball program serving Northern Virginia, the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and the Chesapeake region. Established in 2011 under the direction of Elizabeth Bottorf, the club has spent more than a decade developing junior athletes through high-level instruction and a positive, challenging team environment. Its approach emphasizes volleyball fundamentals and technical skills alongside sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, discipline, motivation, and hard work.

VA Juniors offers seasonal tryouts, training, clinics, and camps, including advanced all-skills sessions for athletes in multiple age groups. The club also provides private lessons and college recruiting resources, helping players pursue opportunities beyond club competition. Its athletes have committed to a range of collegiate programs, including Penn State, Auburn, Georgia Tech, Columbia, MIT, Cornell, Brown, Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, and Emory. The club’s coaches aim to build a strong foundation for success both on and off the court, supporting players’ athletic development as well as their social, mental, and physical well-being.
