Valeon

Valeon Monte-Escalier is a French service that helps people find local installers for stairlifts and related accessibility equipment. Through its online quote and comparison platform, users can describe their project and receive a free, no-obligation estimate, typically within 24 hours, from a partner installer in their department. The service covers straight and curved stairlifts, electric models, and platform lifts, as well as stairlift rental, maintenance, and repairs.

It also provides indicative pricing, a budget estimator, buying guidance, and information about financial support, including MaPrimeAdapt’, reduced VAT, and disability-related assistance. Valeon connects customers with regional professionals for a technical home visit, tailored recommendations, installation, and follow-up. The platform says its partners are selected installers with relevant certifications and that installations include user guidance and a minimum two-year equipment warranty.

Its process is designed to make comparing options straightforward, whether a household needs a permanent accessibility solution or a temporary rental during recovery. Users can request a personalized estimate without committing to a purchase
