Valerie rostaing

Valérie Rostaing is a French interior architect and designer whose studio and workshop are based in Montreuil. After twelve years working with designer Christian Liaigre, she established her own practice, combining interior design with furniture and product design. Her work is defined by clean lines, careful finishes, noble materials, and a considered relationship between a space and its furnishings. Rather than follow passing trends, she seeks balance, restraint, and enduring elegance.

Raised in a multicultural environment and shaped by time spent in France, Germany, Sweden, and the United States, Rostaing draws on a broad range of influences. Her designs bring together tradition and modernity, refinement and discretion, and contrasting stylistic qualities in subtle, unexpected ways. The studio creates tailored interiors informed by clients’ lifestyles and habits, aiming for spaces that feel personal, comfortable, and functional. Its portfolio includes projects in Paris, Taipei, Corsica, Pyla, Gradiva, and Antibes. The collection features lighting, seating, tables, storage furniture, and accessories, including suspensions, lamps, chairs, sofas, armchairs, benches, consoles, and bedside tables.
