Valiance Counseling & Mental Performance Coaching is a Milford, Connecticut practice offering licensed counseling and performance coaching for young adults, families, professionals, and athletes. Its team includes licensed practitioners, therapists, a mental performance consultant, and clinical support staff, bringing clinical training together with experience in sports, coaching, and high-pressure environments.

Sessions are available in person or by secure video.

The practice begins with a free, no-obligation 30-minute consultation, then matches clients with a practitioner based on their goals and needs. Valiance operates outside insurance, though some clients may be eligible for partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. The brand also offers articles, podcasts, videos, and other resources for clients and families.
