VALID Connect also delivers training and workshops on topics such as everyday life skills, self-advocacy, advocacy and staying safe. Programs including Keys to Success use practical activities and supportive instruction to build confidence, encourage people to speak up and strengthen their ability to make choices. The Self-Advocacy to Advocacy workshop helps participants develop leadership skills and take steps toward creating change.
