Valkeakoski Motorsport

Valkeakoski Motorsport Finland is a Finnish motorsports association based in the Pirkanmaa region, with roots dating to 1950. Founded as Säterin Moottorikerho by people interested in motorboating and building boats and engines, the club expanded into automobile activities in 1966. Today, it aims to promote motorsports and welcome anyone interested in taking part, whether as a competitor or an event official.

Members can pursue a range of disciplines, including car orienteering, rallying, karting and truck racing. The club also provides opportunities to help organize competitions and shares news and upcoming events through its calendar and communications channels. Valkeakoski Motorsport Finland is a member organization of AKK, Finland’s national motorsports association.

Although the club no longer organizes boating competitions, it still manages facilities inherited from its earlier boating activities. These include winter boat storage at Ulvajanlahti and seasonal marina and shoreline spaces at Ulvajanniemi, which are available to rent. The association invites prospective members to get in touch to learn more about its activities and join the club.
