Valkyrie Krav Maga

Valkyrie Krav Maga provides self-defence and personal safety training, with a focus on helping women and girls build practical skills, confidence and awareness. Its regular Krav Maga classes teach techniques from an Israeli self-defence system, combining striking and kicking with drills on pads. Classes are designed for beginners and more experienced participants, run for 90 minutes, and are offered to women aged 21 to 59. Training also includes fitness exercises intended to make practice physically challenging and realistic.

Beyond regular classes, Valkyrie Krav Maga offers self-assertion courses for women and girls, introductory self-defence sessions and de-escalation training. These programmes address setting clear boundaries, understanding aggressive behaviour and preventing situations from escalating into violence. The organisation also provides seminars for public authorities, businesses and other institutions, as well as courses in schools. News on its website highlights workshops and projects in locations including Kevelaer and Iserlohn. Valkyrie Krav Maga invites prospective participants to arrange a free trial session and provides registration through its contact form.
