Valleyview of Jordan

Valleyview Assisted Living is a Minnesota provider with communities in Jordan and Northfield, offering affordable, home-like residential care focused on dignity, purpose, and respect. Its services range from basic assistance to comprehensive assisted living, with 24-hour staffing, private rooms, licensed nursing, qualified care, safety measures, and psychiatric support. The organization specializes in supporting people with alcohol and chemical dependency and psychological treatment.

At its Jordan location, residents can choose studio apartments, private cottages, or an extra-care community on a wooded campus. Northfield offers a one-level setting with individual and couple rooms, including wheelchair-accessible private studios. Both communities provide shared lounge spaces and organized social activities, such as live music, bingo, games, walks, and outings. Jordan residents may also have access to work opportunities through MRCI, while Northfield residents can use local accessible transit.

Valleyview arranges visits from mental health professionals, including a licensed psychotherapist, nurse practitioner, or psychiatrist, depending on location. It accepts private payment and eligible county waiver programs, with VA Aid and Attendance support also noted.
