Valtti 1946

Puotinkylän Valtti ry, known as Valtti 1946, is a community-focused sports club based in East Helsinki. Founded in 1946, it describes itself as the area’s largest football and sports club, with more than 1,500 licensed players. The club offers football for children, young people, and adults, welcoming participants from their first experience of the game through to competitive play.

Its programmes include boys’ and girls’ junior teams across age groups, men’s and women’s teams, recreational football, and activities for older players. Valtti also offers floorball and fitness activities, as well as Minit football sessions for children under six in a safe, pressure-free setting. Alongside training and matches, the club runs summer camps, tournaments, events, and open practices, and provides opportunities to join as a player, coach, volunteer, or supporter.
