Founded in 2017, we have assembled a team of awesome professionals with executive-level experience in HR and game development. Our team is 20 people strong and works remotely from home offices in various countries including Germany, Cyprus, Latvia, Moldova, Italy, Croatia, and Ukraine.

We focus exclusively on the games industry because we love games and have extensive prior experience in game development studios. Most of our partners have 5-10 years of experience in games and 10+ years in HR and recruitment. We are deeply involved in the game development community, organizing events, conducting research, and providing educational resources.
