Valyra Aerospace

Valyra Aerospace is a European unmanned aerial systems company founded by three engineers with roots at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Building on more than five years of development, it designs and builds UAVs in Europe for demanding maritime, defense, border-security, environmental, and critical-response missions. The company combines academic foundations with industry expertise to create platforms focused on precision, reliability, autonomy, and performance in harsh conditions.

Valyra’s aircraft feature modular architectures that support payload integration and rapid deployment, with extended endurance for operations where conventional systems may be limited. Its product range includes the SST series and the VX series. The VX-110 is a hydrogen-powered vertical take-off and landing UAV, designed to offer operational flexibility, longer missions, and reduced emissions on land or at sea. Across its systems, Valyra emphasizes autonomous operations, precision navigation, and robust design. The company’s stated mission is to protect Europe’s borders and seas through capable, adaptable UAV technology developed and manufactured in Europe.
