Vancouver Island Life by LOCORA is a community marketplace designed to help people across Vancouver Island buy, sell, discover local offerings, and connect close to home. The platform brings together listings, businesses, services, and community resources in one place, with sections covering regions from Greater Victoria and Nanaimo to the Gulf Islands, Comox Valley, and Alberni Valley.

Members can browse or post listings across categories such as property, jobs, vehicles, home and garden, pets, events, hobbies, sports and outdoors, family, free items, and wanted ads. The site also features a business directory, community connections, local news and job trends, an interactive island map, and information about BC Parks. Users can create a free profile or shop name and list up to five items at no cost. Buyers can contact sellers through the marketplace and arrange payment and pickup in person. LOCORA also offers businesses promotional placement in listing browse grids and provides website design, hosting, and web app packages. Its focus is on bringing local communities and commerce together online.
