Vander Apartments, formerly known as Bjørvika Apartments and Sky Hotel Apartments, has undergone a transformative journey since its establishment in 2009. With a fresh new brand identity inspired by the Direction North design concept, Vander represents the evolution and growth it has seen over the past 13 years – and it's only the beginning. As of now, Vander manages a portfolio of over 700 units across Norway and Sweden, and they are adding another 250 new units soon.
Originally starting with just three apartments rented out to visiting artists, Vander has experienced an organic annual growth rate of approximately 25%. With a dedicated team of over 80 employees, including cleaners, caretakers, administration, and more, Vander aims to provide top-notch service. Not only does Vander prioritize quality in their operations, but they also go the extra mile by crafting their own furniture and elements in the apartments to ensure a high standard of design, comfort, and functionality.
