Vanessa Groebel creates personal touches for meaningful celebrations, helping hosts bring their ideas for weddings, baptisms, birthdays and school-start events to life. Based in Leipzig, Vanessa combines her professional experience organising events at the Leipzig racecourse with a passion for private festivities and thoughtful details. Her creative workshops are designed for people who want to make their celebrations feel individual but may be unsure where to begin.
The process starts with a conversation to explore the occasion, ideas and inspiration, then develops into a relaxed, multi-hour session where participants create custom accessories together. Friends and family, such as bridesmaids, can join in. Possible projects include handmade invitations on paper, floral soaps as guest favours, name cards, wooden name markers and a pottery ring dish for a wedding.
Vanessa also helps organise ideas and source materials, so clients can focus on enjoying the creative experience. Her approach celebrates the personal value of handmade details: they need not be perfect to show care and appreciation for guests
