Vanguard Rehabilitation Physicians of Texas is a physician-operated outpatient clinic in Katy, serving patients across Greater Houston and surrounding areas. Led by Dr. Margaret B. Oni, a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine, the practice provides individualized care for adults and adolescents with stroke, traumatic brain injury, concussion, spinal cord injury, amputation, and other neurological or musculoskeletal conditions. Its mission is to address the physical, cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and vocational effects of disability and help patients improve function and quality of life.
