Van Petegem Scenery creates hand-painted scenery and miniature animals for model railways and dioramas. Founded by Geke van Petegem, the brand offers products in several scales, including N (1:160), H0 (1:87), 00 (1:76), 0 (1:45) and Spur 1. Its range includes livestock and wildlife, with examples such as cows, horses, sheep, cats, pigeons, deer, foxes, hares and geese. The shop also features scenery items and distinctive model kits by Tjeerd, while custom-made pieces can be requested.
Each animal is painted by hand, so markings and colors may differ from the product photographs; the stated number and poses of the figures remain consistent with the set descriptions. Products are available through the online shop, and selected animals can also be found at designated retailers. Van Petegem Scenery serves railway hobbyists seeking detailed miniature additions for layouts across different scales, with new items and special offers featured on its website. Shipping is free on orders from €75.
