The team, led by Program Manager Ben Matters—who holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning—includes experienced professionals like Senior Vanpool Program Associate Jenee Muller-Thym and Vanpool Program Associate Denise Copeland, all dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer service.
The organization also provides a range of resources, including application processes for riders and providers, commuter choice reporting, and updates for vehicles and riders. By fostering a community-oriented approach, Vanpool Alliance strives to make commuting more efficient and environmentally friendly for everyone involved.
