Vårgrønn is a brand that was founded in November 2020 as a joint venture between Plenitude (Eni), a global energy company, and HitecVision, a Norwegian energy entrepreneur and investor. Our head office is located in Stavanger, the energy capital of Norway, with a branch office in Oslo. We have quickly become Norway's largest pure-play offshore wind company and are committed to sustainable development, construction, operations, and ownership of offshore wind projects and related infrastructure.

Our vision is to be an agile company that powers the energy transition. We aim to have 5GW of installed and sanctioned offshore wind capacity by 2030, focusing on the Northern European market. With a strong and diverse team, we work collaboratively to achieve our goals while respecting each other and building strong business relationships with our partners.
