VarsityLedger is a competition management platform designed for high school tennis teams and leagues. It helps coaches, athletic directors, and league chairs manage the rules and records behind dual matches, from player rankings to certified results. Coaches can document intrasquad challenge matches in a timestamped ladder, with rankings updated when players win challenges. Before lineups are submitted, automated checks validate singles order, doubles rank sums, and default rules to help prevent stacking violations and forfeits.

On match day, coaches can enter scores courtside and verify them together, including when working offline. Conflicting submissions can be referred to a league chair for arbitration, with official decisions recorded and synced across devices. The platform also supports league standings, tournament seeding, and championship brackets, including formats for eight teams and 16 players. Interactive tools let users test ladder changes, lineup legality, score disputes, and bracket progressions. By keeping competition records auditable and results verifiable, VarsityLedger aims to reduce paperwork and make lineup decisions and match outcomes easier to explain and trust.
