Varusmiesliitto ry is a national advocacy organization for Finnish conscripts and civilian servicemen. It is an independent, non-religious, and non-political association separate from the Defense Forces. Varusmiesliitto aims to improve the social, economic, and legal status of conscripts, enhance service conditions, develop educational opportunities, and increase awareness of security policy.

The association brings together all conscripts, and anyone can become a member regardless of their service method. In addition to advocacy work and consultation, Varusmiesliitto offers various services to its members. This includes discounts on selected products from Varusteleka, as well as the Varusmies magazine, which is distributed five times a year both in barracks and online.

Membership is open to all 17-29-year-old Finnish citizens, with free membership for those currently or recently completing their service, and a yearly fee of 10 euros for others. Varusmiesliitto is committed to ensuring equal treatment and opportunities for all conscripts
