SETAM, presented through the VAU Auctions platform, is a Ukrainian online marketplace for electronic auctions, including sales of seized property and assets offered by public authorities. It connects buyers with auction lots across Ukraine and provides information on starting prices, bidding schedules, participation, and registration for individuals and legal entities.

The catalogue spans residential, commercial, industrial, and unfinished real estate, buildings, land, garages, cars, trucks, agricultural and specialist machinery, equipment, electronics, household goods, clothing, and other products. The platform also lists claims and various public-sector assets. Its services include auctions, land sales, information about regulations, and guidance for participants.

SETAM highlights electronic bidding as a way to encourage competitive prices and transparent outcomes. It says auction activity is recorded in a blockchain-based system, allowing the course of bidding to be checked. The platform also works with local authorities to sell surplus or non-core assets, with proceeds supporting community needs. SETAM reports that 308,000 auctions have been conducted, attracting 252,000 participants and generating UAH 7.74 billion for the budget.
