VauvaLumo

VauvaLumo is a family wellbeing practice in Jyväskylä, Finland, founded by Milla Korpinen, a maternity and baby reflexologist, breastfeeding counsellor and cosmetologist. Its services are designed especially for families with babies, while reflexology is available to people of all ages and genders. The practice supports wellbeing from pregnancy through early parenthood and beyond, with a gentle, individual approach and calm, unhurried appointments.

Services include reflexology for relaxation and support with tension or discomfort, as well as personalised breastfeeding guidance tailored to each family’s needs. Babies can also receive reflexology during a breastfeeding consultation. For a restorative treat, VauvaLumo offers a combination of facial care and reflexology. Baby massage courses teach parents techniques to ease common concerns such as digestive discomfort and body tightness, with written instructions and feeding support available. The practice also rents TENS devices. Clients can book appointments online and purchase gift cards. VauvaLumo’s focus is on supporting babies, parents and the family as a whole through attentive, compassionate care.
