VCO’72 is a community volleyball association based in Onstwedde, where it brings together players of different ages and experience levels. The club fields women’s and men’s teams, youth teams, and Level teams, offering opportunities to play and develop across a broad range of groups. Training takes place almost every day at Sporthal De Bast, while matches are played on Saturdays. Prospective members are welcome to join a training session and can contact the club by email to arrange a visit.
The association is supported by an active board, a technical committee, and an activities committee. It also shares team photographs, club news, match schedules, and information about its teams and volunteers. Its activities include community initiatives such as a tulip sale and youth sponsorship campaigns, helping members and supporters take part beyond the court. On match days, visitors can enjoy food and drinks in the sports hall’s canteen. VCO’72 also provides information about club clothing and acknowledges the sponsors who support the association.
