Vegan Biosphere is a London-based vegan food and education brand dedicated to compassion, sustainability, and connection with nature. It brings together plant-based catering and cultural learning, promoting enjoyable vegan food while supporting the well-being of animals, people, and the environment.
The brand serves customers through pop-up stalls and partner venues across Hackney and Walthamstow. Its Banh Mi Vegan Biosphere stall offers vegan bánh mì at Narrow Way Market from Monday to Saturday and at Walthamstow Sunday Social Market each Sunday. The brand also provides catering for homes, schools, and businesses, with dishes and snacks including spring rolls, samosas, and dumplings. At AnnaChay, located at HH Cafe on Mare Street, customers can book vegan à la carte and buffet menus, including Vietnamese-inspired options.
Alongside its food services, Vegan Biosphere designs and delivers environmental, biospheric, and vegan cultural education courses and events. Through its menus, mobile catering, and educational work, the brand aims to make kind, plant-based eating accessible and to encourage a more sustainable relationship with the natural world.
