VEGAN FOODIE Project

The Vegan Foodie Project is a plant-based culinary school in Strasbourg, France, offering courses and workshops for people who want to explore vegetable-focused cooking. Its classes welcome curious food lovers, beginners, passionate home cooks, vegetarians, vegans, and food entrepreneurs seeking to build their skills. The school also describes its courses as suitable for English- and Spanish-speaking participants.

Practical workshops cover world cuisines and contemporary street food, adapted to plant-based ingredients, as well as techniques for selecting ingredients, seasoning, cooking, and preparing tofu, legumes, seitan, and other alternatives to meat and fish. Participants can also learn plant-based baking, viennoiserie, and pastry, including professional techniques for making sourdough and rustic breads, pastries, and cakes without animal-derived ingredients.

The Vegan Foodie Project offers scheduled classes, private lessons, online learning, gift vouchers, and experiences for teams, private events, and groups. Its approach combines culinary enjoyment with an interest in animal welfare and ecological transition.
