Veganos Brasil is a Brazilian veganism-focused portal and community founded by digital marketing professional Alessandro Ramos, with the brand’s idea taking shape in 2017. It was created to bring organized, reliable information about veganism and vegetarianism together in one place, while promoting compassion for animals and respect for life and the planet. The portal and its social media channels share news, personal stories, educational content, curiosities, recipes, and product tips.
Visitors can explore topics such as vegan ethics, the meaning of veganism, and reasons people choose a vegan lifestyle. Veganos Brasil also helps users find fully vegan establishments through a search system and invites businesses to submit their details for inclusion. Its online shop offers T-shirts featuring exclusive designs intended to spread awareness through clothing.
The brand is also developing a marketplace where entrepreneurs can promote vegan products. For younger audiences, BrouBrocs, a broccoli character, and his friend Maria Flor appear in educational and entertaining content about healthy eating, animal welfare, and caring for the planet
